Foremost Principals

Foremost Management Corp. was formed in the year, 2000, by Kathleen (Kitty) Benden and John Napoleone. John Napoleone’s construction knowledge along with Kitty Benden’s accounting background has proven to be a successful combination for managing cooperatives, condominiums, and homeowners associations. A major reason for Foremost’s success is the hands-on, personal approach they have in dealing with each property, with Board Members and with association owners and residents.

Kathleen (Kitty) Benden, President, is a Magnum Cum Laude graduate of William Paterson College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. She has worked in the Property Management field for more than 35 years, and oversees the financial aspects of the communities, including maintaining the internal accounting procedures and controls, budgeting, collections, preparing for association audits and insurance bid and claim handling.   John Napoleone, Vice President, started his career as a builder and, as such, attained solid knowledge of all phases of construction. He has been working in the Property Management field for more than 20 years as a hands-on Property Manager. His strong background in construction has proven to be beneficial to Foremost’s clients, especially when those small and large projects need to get done.   Richard Bendix, Vice President, has been in the Property Management field for 40+ years, specializing in cooperative, condominium and homeowner association management in Bergen County since 1983. His many years of experience have brought knowledge, expertise, and insight to the firm and have proven to be a major benefit to the properties that Foremost manages.
