FOREMOST MANAGEMENT CORP.

Foremost Management Corp. was formed in the year, 2000, by Kathleen (Kitty) Benden and John Napoleone. John Napoleone’s construction knowledge along with Kitty Benden’s accounting background has proven to be a successful combination for managing cooperatives, condominiums, and homeowners associations. A major reason for Foremost’s success is the hands-on, personal approach they have in dealing with each property, with Board Members and with association owners and residents.
